Co-owner
Irving Ortega, our co-owner, has been in the industry for 14 years. He’s all about the business, with an entrepreneurial spirit, industry know-how, and a knack for connecting with people. Irving finds joy in seeing the business grow and expanding his network. Outside of work, he’s a family man with three boys, a girl, and a wife. You’ll often find him playing basketball or socializing in his free time.
Casandra Ortega
Co-owner
Meet Casandra Ortega, one of the co-owners with two years of experience in our team. She’s the go-to person for schedules, payroll, PR, marketing, and supporting the team. Casandra loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband and four kids. Outside of work, her goal is simple: more vacations for quality family time.
Management, GM
Omar Ortega, our General Manager, brings over a decade of experience. He’s the guy who does a bit of everything – from design to programming, installing, and manufacturing. What drives him is the family business. Omar’s personal goals is to spend more time with his family and travel. Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games with his loved ones, and has a soft spot for cars.
Ximena Ortega
Project Manager
Say hello to Ximena Ortega, our Project Manager with five years of experience. She’s our go to for scheduling, handling customer relations, and providing excellent customer service. Ximena enjoys being part of the community and connecting with other businesses. In her downtime, she loves being with her two kids and is determined to take more vacations.
Roberto Santacruz
CNC Programmer, Shop Engineer
Meet Roberto Santacruz, our CNC Programmer and Shop Engineer with four years of experience. He’s your expert in CNC programming. Roberto thrives in our fast-paced environment, enjoys the pressure, and loves the family vibe at work. Outside the shop, he’s into snowboarding, wakeboarding, camping, and video games. Roberto’s personal goal? Growing his own family.
